We reserve the right to update our policy from time to time with updates published on the site and whilst we will not make substantial changes to the way we deal with your data we encourage you to review the policy periodically for the most up to date information.
Information we collect: When you placed your order for a newspaper delivery from Jackie’s News we collected your name, delivery address, billing address if different, telephone number, email address if applicable and subscription voucher reference number if applicable.
How we store and use that information: We store that information on our PaperRound software and we use that information on a daily basis to inform our manager and the individual deliverer for your area if you want a delivery that day and if so which publication you require. We use the information on the number of deliveries and the cost of those deliveries to create bills every 4 weeks, which we send to you if they exceed the stipulated barrier (currently £20 but subject to change).
Accessing your information: If you wish to access any information we store about you please contact us and ask.
How long we keep that information: We keep this information all the time you are an active customer of Jackie’s News Limited and for a minimum of three months after a cancellation.
Sharing information: With the specific exception of our software provider PaperRound we will not share your data with any third party without contacting you first to seek your permission (for example if a publisher wants to offer you a cover price saving subscription we would call you first to check).
Email communications: we will only send you emails that relate specifically to the current service we provide you or any new developments from Jackie’s News Limited.
